no job is too big or too small
It is absolutely critical to manage team based projects with an eye for detail and a “bird’s eye” perspective on how all of the parts fit together as a whole. It’s also critical to make sure that everyone is communicating efficiently and on the same page about how to get things done, by whom, and by what time. Having fun and enjoying the process is also very important to creating a healthy team dynamic and inspire people to do their best work.
Over the years, I’ve had plenty of experience working with many sizes of teams at varying levels of responsibility. I’ve worked with organizations such as the Saskatchewan Association of Chiefs of Police, the Diefenbaker Canada Centre, the University of Saskatchewan’s On-line Advisory Committee, and the Canadian Lightsource Synchrotron, to name just a few. I’ve also worked with countless academics, non-profit groups, and medical research teams to make complex projects involving many stakeholders and media formats come to life.
